Our own Aaron Davis recently participated in a panel discussion at TitleCON, Premier One's November conference at the Gaylord in Nashville. The event brought together title professionals and technology experts to dig into some of the most pressing questions facing our industry. One of the panels included Aaron, and the summary appeared in The Title Report. We thought we’d point out the highlights.

A big part of Aaron’s session focused  on AI and technology implementation. He pointed out that we're seeing AI move well beyond simple automation into areas that genuinely impact the bottom line. His take? AI is still just a tool, and you need people who understand title work to make good use of it.

Another topic was how we recruit and retain younger professionals. Aaron called this one of the bigger challenges our industry faces. Younger professionals today want flexibility, purpose and growth opportunities. Operations that haven't embraced technology enabling people to work effectively from home are already behind.

The broader discussion at TitleCON highlighted something we believe strongly. The firms that will thrive when the market turns are those investing now in relationships, technology and operational excellence. That means building partnerships with lenders; implementing effective technology and building a team and operations able to scale swiftly. And that’s something we’ve been doing a long time here at FAN.
