We're proud to share that our CEO Aaron Davis received the ALTA Our Values Award at the ALTA ONE convention in NYC in early October! Of course, this only confirms (again) somethi5g we witness every day: Aaron's commitment to showing up when it matters most.

When Hurricane Milton followed Helene's destructive path through the Greater Tampa region in 2024, Aaron didn't wait for others to organize the response. In those critical first 24 to 72 hours before government assistance arrived, he transformed our Plant City office complex into a staging ground for first responders and hundreds of volunteers. While many were still processing the destruction around us, Aaron was already working with our team to coordinate relief efforts.

We watched him spend days on the ground with a chainsaw in hand, clearing pathways for neighbors trapped by storm damage and delivering supplies to those who couldn't reach them on their own. Much of the FAN family joined him, spending multiple days working alongside volunteers who came from across the region to help. The response wasn't just about immediate relief. Aaron used the attention these efforts attracted to draw more volunteers and funding to the cause, multiplying the impact far beyond what any single company or group could achieve alone.
This wasn't the first time we'd seen Aaron step forward during a crisis. He led similar efforts during the 2021 Texas ice storms, Hurricane Ian in 2022, and now Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Each time, he's demonstrated that title professionals have a unique role in their communities that extends far beyond closing transactions.

The ALTA Our Values Award recognizes individuals who exemplify the association's core principles. For Aaron, those values aren't abstract concepts—they're actions taken when disaster strikes and communities need immediate support. He reminds us that we're deeply embedded in the neighborhoods we serve, and with that comes responsibility.
