Aaron M. Davis – Chief Executive Officer

Aaron Davis graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a Major in Finance and Minor in Economics. He has actively managed the company since 2001, and in 2008, officially took over the reigns as Owner and President from his mother Gail. He is involved with numerous groups, charities, Chamber of Commerce, and his Rotary Club. Aaron is happily married to his wife Leslie, and they have two boys, Aiden and Jackson.

Amy Gregory – President of Title Operations

Amy was born and raised in the Brandon area. She began her title career in 1995 as a Receptionist at a large, local, independent, title agency. Here she worked her way through her career in post closing, processing, closing and management. Amy then joined Hillsborough Title in 2007 where she directly assisted Aaron M. Davis in opening the second Hillsborough Title office in Brandon. As a Licensed Title Agent, her career progression moved quickly from Branch Manager,  to General Manager, and now currently holds the President of Title Operations position for the Florida Agency Network. She oversees all personnel, title production, escrow offices, and the ancillary services divisions. Amy is experienced in all types of transactions, including: residential, commercial, and construction. Her expertise is in processes, procedures, mentoring and training results in outstanding customer service. She is an active member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and a variety of other local organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, helping fund-raise for local non profits and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays and Lightning.

Mike LaRosa, Esq. – Chief Operating Officer

LaRosa graduated from the University of Florida with both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree in 1998. In 1999, LaRosa began his title insurance career with First American Title as Associate Counsel at the company’s divisional headquarters in Tallahassee. By 2007 he had moved to Tampa to work with the Partnership Division and was later promoted to Florida State Agency Manager. When he’s not making waves in the title industry, LaRosa likes to spend time outdoors with his family or traveling, and he is a healthy-lifestyle/fitness enthusiast.

Wayne Harrell – Chief Financial Officer

Wayne Harrell graduated from the University of Florida with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting in 1989. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte and has spent the last 24 years in private industry. He has held CEO, COO, CFO and other financial management roles in a variety of different industries, including retail grocery, copier sales/service, dental and financial consulting. He has significant experience in business process improvement and has owned his own consulting firm since 2010. Wayne has been married to his wife Kim for 29 years and they have two children who are both currently attending the University of Florida. Wayne enjoys spending time boating and fishing with his family and friends.

Ron Donalson – Director of Business Development

In 1982, Ron and his business partner Tommy Alday established Alday-Donalson Title Insurance. For over 29 years, they worked and grew Alday-Donalson to become one of the largest and most respected independent title insurance agencies in the State of Florida, with 20 offices throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Ron served in the US Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for his tour in Vietnam. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, scuba diving, and spending time with his 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is a 32 Degree Mason and has served as Honorary Deputy for the Hillsborough County for over 20 years.

Andrea Somers – Compliance Officer & Hometown Title Network’s Operation Manager

Entering the title world in 2001, Andrea Somers worked her way through the ranks to become National Vendor Manager at TransContinental Title Company. In her role, Andrea managed third-party vendors nationwide, including all notary signing agents and title abstractors. In 2010, she began managing several different departments with New House Title, LLC, including Contracts, Processing, Closing, Funding, and Post Closing.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family while relaxing at the beach or checking out local food festivals.

Jay Roberts – Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining the company, Jay worked for a major title insurance underwriter on both the business and IT side, most recently as VP, Divisional Production Manager, where he developed and implemented numerous business metrics, facilitated strategic planning, and led his 120-member team in devising and integrating process improvements across the company’s operating spectrum.

Jay graduated from Carson Newman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics. As a frequently-requested speaker on cyber fraud, Jay actively works with the real estate community to promote security solutions.
